Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to become a part of our expanding orthopedic team. Position Overview

We seek a fellowship-trained sports surgeon proficient in advanced arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, cartilage restoration, and surgeries involving the shoulder and knee, as well as providing thorough care for athletes and active individuals. With a solid referral network, dedicated operating room access, and strong support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), you will immediately engage with a substantial case volume in a practice designed for enduring success.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Fellowship training in Orthopedic Sports Medicine
  • ABOS Board Certification or Board Eligibility required
  • Ability to secure medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
  • Strong skills in arthroscopic and open sports surgery (shoulder, knee, hip optional)
  • Excellent communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset
  • Open to both recent graduates and experienced surgeons

Compensation & Benefits

  • Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production starting at 10,650 wRVUs
  • Transition to a straight production model beginning in year three
  • Potential earnings exceeding $1 million annually
