CNC Swiss Machinists
- 3 positions on Weekend Shift
🕓 Shift Schedules & Premiums
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Shift Premium:+12% for both shifts
💵 Compensation
- Base Pay: $27.00 – $37.00/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differential: +12%
🛠️ CNC Swiss Machinist – Key Details
Work with high-precision equipment and materials like stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and brass. Ideal candidates will have experience with live tooling and tight tolerances of ±0.0002.
Responsibilities:
- Full machine setups and operation
- Troubleshooting and precision adjustments
- Blueprint interpretation
- Production runs from 100 to 5,000 parts
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in aerospace or medical machining
- Experience with live tooling/multi-axis equipment
- Strong CNC programming and tooling knowledge
🛠️ CNC Lathe Machinist – Key Details
Operate advanced lathes including Nakamura, Puma, and Doosan—many with dual spindles and twin turrets. Precision and problem-solving are key.
Responsibilities:
- Full setups and operation
- Read and interpret complex prints
- Work with exotic and standard metals
- Handle varied production volumes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years CNC lathe setup experience
- 2+ years in aerospace or medical machining
- Live tooling/multi-axis experience preferred
- Strong tooling and CNC program interpretation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $83200.00/yr.
- Climate Controlled and super clean
- Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)
- 2 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that
- Average tenure is 10+ years
- 12% shift differential
- Life Insurance
- Health, dental, vision, etc... (their benefits for a single person are very phenomenal)
- Sometimes will have a bonus at the end of the year depending on company performance/profits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $76960.00/yr.
