Join Our Team as an Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic & Industrial Rehab
Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist looking for a dynamic outpatient setting where you can make a real impact? We are seeking a motivated clinician to join our interdisciplinary team in Silver Spring, MD. This position will focus primarily on work related rehabilitation, with opportunities to treat patients recovering from vestibular and concussion/CTE injuries in a workers’ compensation and personal injury–based practice.
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are heavily preferred but not required.
What You’ll Do
- Comprehensive Therapy: Provide evaluation and evidence-based treatment for upper and lower extremity injuries, post-operative cases, and cumulative trauma disorders.
- Industrial Rehab: Support patients in structured outpatient programs including work hardening/conditioning, focusing on strength, endurance, and return-to-work goals.
- Vestibular / Neuro Rehab: Deliver interventions for patients with post-concussive symptoms, dizziness, and balance deficits.
- Collaborate closely with a certified hand therapist, physical therapy assistants, and physical therapy colleagues in a team-driven environment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, track progress, and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and case managers.
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid Maryland PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics/work rehabilitation.
Preferred:
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Preferred
- 1+ year of outpatient or industrial rehab experience
- Background or training in vestibular/concussion management
