Crux Coffee Roasters is a locally owned and operated third wave specialty coffee and espresso bar located in Downtown Abacoa, Jupiter. We are not a franchise or corporate chain, we are LOCAL!
We are currently seeking self-motivated individuals to join our growing team. As a Crux Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the effectiveness of our team and the overall success of our business. In selecting new Team Members, we are seeking hard working individuals who share our passion for providing amazing customer service while serving our freshly roasted coffee and advocating our Crux brand and concept.
This position will be responsible for providing quick and efficient service to customers in a fast-paced environment. Duties will include greeting customers, taking food and beverage orders, serving food, stocking counters, and completing transactions on point of sale system. With training, you will become a product knowledge expert and be able to clearly communicate Crux's product offerings to customers in a friendly and non-pretentious manner. Training will also be provided for preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks in accordance with Crux standards for quality and consistency. As part of a team, this position will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities including, but not limited to, cleaning of serving counters, floors, equipment, bathrooms, trash removal, cleaning customer areas, and other duties as assigned.

- Adhere to all Crux policies and procedures including health, safety and sanitation guidelines
This position will require previous experience handling cash and working in a fast-paced customer facing position (i.e Barista, Server, Hostess, Bartender). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
