As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee department or shift activities to ensure effective customer service and assist in identifying and improving service and operations related issues within the station. You will develop and monitor productivity standards, assist in auditing and researching service performance issues, and develop recommendations for improvements. Ensuring a safe working environment through consistent practice of safety programs and procedures is paramount. You will be responsible for selecting and placing staff, ensuring they receive necessary training, defining specific job assignments, and managing performance to ensure required levels of productivity and achievement of organizational objectives. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Responsibilities

- Select and place staff, ensure staff receives training for job activities, and define specific job assignments.
- Manage performance to ensure required levels of productivity and achievement of organizational objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
