Job Status: Full-time (0.8 FTE) or part-time possible
Salary: $37.00 - $45.00 / hourly, based on experience. Higher pay may be considered depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule: M-F, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Paid On-Call:
- 1-Week On-Call: Starts Friday at 4:30 PM and ends the following Friday at 8:00 AM.
- 24-Hour Weekend On-Call: Required every 5th or 6th weekend.
- Eligible team members receive an additional incentive for fulfilling these on-call duties.
Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin
Requirements:
- Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license
- Prior home health experience (minimum of one year) preferred
