Group Facilitator (Evening 6:00-9:00 PM) IOP PHP Mental Health and Substance Use Per Diem

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Facilitator to lead Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) groups at our Springfield, NJ location. As a Group Facilitator at the Social Recovery Center, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with substance use and mental health disorders through evidence-based treatment and compassionate care.

About the Role:

Group Facilitator IOP PHP Mental Health and Substance Use Per Diem

Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups for mental health and substance use populations in a structured, therapeutic, and engaging environment.
Support individuals with co-occurring (dual diagnosis) disorders, providing comprehensive care and treatment.
Maintain a safe and respectful group environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

Experience in substance use treatment and mental health settings, with a focus on group facilitation and population-specific care.
Strong communication skills and professional presence, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
Ability to effectively manage and engage group dynamics, promoting a cohesive and supportive group atmosphere.
Relevant licensure/certification preferred (if applicable), with the potential for supervisory opportunities.
Experience with clinical supervision and management is a plus (ACS/CCS).
