Blazer Jobs is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Aurora, Colorado. Compensation Packages

Local Candidates (Aurora area)

  • Hourly Pay Range: $53 $62/hr

  • Weekly pay through direct deposit

  • Full-time schedule aligned to the school calendar

Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment)

  • Equivalent Hourly Range (after stipends): $63 $70/hr

  • Weekly Take-Home: $1,800 $2,100

  • Package includes a lower taxable base rate with tax-free housing and meal stipends

  • Relocation and travel support provided

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech and language services to students across a range of grade levels

  • Conduct evaluations and write progress reports

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student growth

  • Maintain compliance with IDEA and Colorado state guidelines

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility before start date)

  • ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs with strong school practicum may be considered

  • School-based experience preferred

  • Ability to pass background and reference checks
