In this role, you will oversee the provision of nursing care for a designated patient group around the clock, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes while optimizing resource use. Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Preferred Education: A Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Licensure: A current RN Temporary Permit or RN license in the state of practice is necessary.
  • Experience: At least three years of clinical experience is required.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Demonstrated leadership skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to apply effective management and supervision principles.
    • Proficiency in personal computer usage and the ability to analyze complex data from various information systems.
