Primary Responsibilities:
- Sort and file patient forms (may involve lifting up to 10 lbs)
- Retrieve and organize files as requested
- Cross-train in various processes as needed
- Perform repetitive tasks including sitting, standing, kneeling, reaching, and ladder use
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Manage requests from billers via Work Queues (WQs) or shared Outlook inboxes
- Sort mail from lockbox, USPS, and internal routes
- Handle fax sorting and processing
- Process returned mail by updating systems with relevant flags
- Attach claims as required
- Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficiency with computer applications, with a willingness to learn new, complex systems
- Availability to work any 8-hour shift within business hours (7:00 am - 3:30 pm CST, Monday-Friday)
- Stable work history
- Ability to lift 10 lbs and sit for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with team members and other departments
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft products (Teams, SharePoint, OneNote)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with standard office equipment (copy/fax machines, printers, scanners)
