• Time Off: Maximum 3 days of requested time off accepted\n
• Hourly Pay Rate: $86.49\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,090 - $2,200\n

\n\nER RN Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience\n
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required\n
• Previous travel nurse experience (at least one completed contract assignment)\n
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced ER settings preferred\n
• Active New Jersey RN License or Compact State Nursing License\n
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (must be valid at time of submission)\n

\n\nER Nurse Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a busy Emergency Department\n
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n
• Accurately document all patient care activities and nursing interventions\n
• Participate in required orientation and training sessions (virtual and in-person)\n
• Comply with facility policies, including timely completion of HealthStream modules and badge appointments\n
