Candidate must be passionate about cooking and food presentation, willing to learn new recipes, and take instructions from Chefs.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Must have great knife skills, clean work habits, and have a food certification class.
- Easy-going and able to get along with team members, kitchen staff, and clients when out on events.
- Candidate must have a great driving record and be able to drive large vans to and from events.
- Must have the ability to heat food to the appropriate temperatures, ranging from 50–300 guests.
- Inventory food lists and load the van with food and travel to the appropriate venue.
- Meet staff, unload van, and work the event.
- Events are both buffet and plated with stationery and passed hors d’oeuvres and dessert stations.
- Once the event is over, the candidate will load van with the help of team members and return to the shop, unload, store food, and clean and put equipment away.
