Position: Construction Sales Trainee

No roofing sales experience required — full training provided. This is a great opportunity for people who are energetic, coachable, and comfortable working outdoors.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass neighborhoods to find homes that may have roof damage
• Conduct basic roof inspections (training provided)
• Speak with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
• Set appointments and support the sales process

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, canvassing, or customer-facing experience preferred (server, bartender, hospitality backgrounds welcome)
• Comfortable working outdoors and talking to people daily
• Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Able to climb a ladder for inspections
• Reliable transportation (car or truck required)
