PRODUCTION MANAGER

Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize their production operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of quality and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety standards (FDA, HACCP) and quality requirements
- Monitor and optimize equipment performance and production processes
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in food production or manufacturing management
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
