Production Supervisor
Falk Panel is a producer and supplier of premium Insulated Metal Panels for Industrial, Commercial, Agricultural, and Residential building needs.
Located in West Michigan, we are excited to have the most technically advanced, panel production facility in North America. About the position:
As a Production Supervisor, the position includes overseeing FALK’s production operations ensuring the manufacturing process remains smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring staff. You will be responsible for directing, training, and assisting lower-level manufacturing and production workers.
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
• Ensuring team is adhering to safety policies, continuously pushing safety as a top priority.
• Able to analyze production efficiency data and report to team.
• Lead pre-shift meetings, discussing safety, metrics and goals for the day.
• Monitoring daily productions and quality control performance records, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions where necessary assisting in all aspects on the production floor.
• Supervising operations within facility to achieve higher output.
• Organizing training and educational manuals, updating training matrices for the production team.
• Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility.
• Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.
• Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.
• Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources, to ensure accurate inventory.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of manufacturing supervising experience
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors and other employees of the organization.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to make effective decisions, seek to find solutions to problems
Work Environment
This is a professional position with active involvement with manufacturing processes and presence within the facility.

Being able to lift, push, pull 50 pounds when needed. Division of duties within production and office settings.
