LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize supply chain operations for a growing organization in the Charlotte area. This role is critical to ensuring smooth, efficient management of transportation, inventory control, and warehouse distribution processes.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, hands-on knowledge of logistics operations, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to streamline logistics processes, drive SAP system efficiency, and lead a motivated team to success.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a logistics team of five employees

Oversee transport and shipments — including negotiation, SAP operations, invoice handling, and transport bookings

Manage warehouse operations for both finished goods and raw materials

Supervise daily operations across transport and warehouse functions

Provide operational support and backup as needed, particularly in transportation and shipment coordination

Support the implementation of SAP EWM and ensure seamless system integration into logistics workflows

Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve logistics performance and cost efficiency
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

Proven experience in logistics operations and supply chain management

Strong working knowledge of SAP (EWM experience preferred)

Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams

Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
