We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with 2–4 years of experience, including knowledge of accounts and invoicing. Candidates should be based near the office location. Sourcing experience preferred but not required. Will need to be able to help process PO and update ERP. The Korean language is a must.

  • ​Interviews: 1 round (with hiring Manager, will be onsite).
  • Shift timing - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 1 hour meal break period
  • Contract duration - 3 months, and extend month by month​


Responsibilities

  • ​Responsibilities:
    • Filing and collecting invoices
    • Submitting invoices within the system
    • Accurately entering invoice data into the system


Requirement:

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Concur, or similar accounting software

• Basic understanding of Excel

Must have skill - Korean-Bilingual, with a basic understanding of Excel.
