Position Overview
We're seeking an exceptional construction executive to oversee a landmark $1B+ development encompassing luxury estates, world-class amenities, and comprehensive infrastructure on our private island sanctuary. This role offers unparalleled opportunity to shape one of the Caribbean's most ambitious and exclusive residential communities.
Essential Responsibilities
- Direct all construction operations for a master-planned private island development
- Lead infrastructure development including utilities, water treatment, and aviation facilities
- Oversee luxury residential construction maintaining ultra-high-end quality standards
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and complex supply chain logistics
- Build and mentor high-performing construction management teams
- Ensure compliance with international building codes and environmental standards
- Coordinate with global suppliers and contractors in a remote island setting
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in luxury residential/resort construction management
- 5+ years executive leadership experience (VP/Director level)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven success managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Excellence in budget management and cost control
- Strong diplomatic and cross-cultural communication abilities
