Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled occupational therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical, mental, or cognitive disabilities to help them improve their ability to perform daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations to determine their needs and develop treatment plans.

Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions, including physical disabilities, mental health issues, and developmental delays.

Help patients develop and improve fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and self-care skills.

Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies to improve daily functioning.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists and speech therapists, to provide comprehensive care.

Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay up-to-date on the latest research and treatment techniques.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Current state license to practice occupational therapy.

Experience working as an occupational therapist in a healthcare setting.

Strong knowledge of occupational therapy theory and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and transfer patients with assistance.

Ability to perform physical tasks, such as demonstrating exercises and assisting patients with movement.
