We are seeking full-time Production Associates to join our team in Delaware. Due to our recent success, we are expanding our production, particularly in the Wall Panel division, and need additional staff to fulfill customer orders. As we continue to grow, we anticipate adding a second shift next year, generating up to 100 new production positions. We offer training and a supportive environment for candidates with solid mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.
Responsibilities
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Walk and stand for prolonged periods.
- Bend, squat, and stoop as needed.
- Utilize manual and finger dexterity to perform daily duties.
- Work near or around moving mechanical parts.
- Operate in a high-noise environment.
- Handle exposure to airborne particles.
- Construct wood-framed wall panels.
- Assemble open-web trusses.
- Setup and operate machinery such as punch presses and drills.
- Use tools like circular saws and nail guns.
- Assemble construction accessories for framing packages.
- Read and interpret product design plans.
Essential Skills
- Comfortable working with a tape measure for 8-10 hours.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Proven experience using hand and power tools.

Work Environment
Our work environment includes wood processing and manufacturing operations, occasionally exposing workers to outside weather conditions. Most production work is done in non-climate controlled environments. Our facilities house production, engineering, quality, and fabrication departments, with warehouses for shipping and material storage. We have approximately 100 employees on one shift, with plans to add a second shift soon.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.60 - $20.60/hr.
