HIRING Concrete Laborers, Finishers, ForemanJob Overview
A well-established commercial concrete contractor is seeking a dependable, hard‑working Concrete Laborer to join the team this spring. This is a full-time position with strong potential for year‑round employment, including opportunities within our snow removal division during the winter months.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to contribute, and wants to grow with a solid company.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoveling and general jobsite labor
- Jobsite clean-up and material handling
- Moving materials by hand and/or wheelbarrow
- Assisting with concrete setup, pouring, and finishing
- Performing general physical construction tasks
- Preventative maintenance on tools and equipment as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Construction or concrete experience preferred
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, kneeling, bending, and shoveling
- Unrestricted lifting ability
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Preferred (Not Required)
- Concrete finishing experience
- Skid loader or equipment operation experience
- CDL Class A
- Heavy equipment experience

Work Environment & Schedule
- Outdoor work year-round (summer construction, winter snow removal)
- Start at the shop at 5:30 AM
- Crew departs for jobsite by 6:30 AM
- Typical workday ends between 3:30–4:30 PM

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
