Job DescriptionJob Summary: Commercial Comm & Electric is hiring qualified electrical professionals to support the Greasewood Springs Community Project, a large scale public works project located on the Navajo Nation. This position is project-based and subject to prevailing wage, Navajo Nation labor requirements, and strict site access compliance.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:• Maintain, install, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, transformers, switchgear, motors, and other electrical components.• Bend and install various conduits, including EMT, rigid, and PVC.• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and recommend solutions.• Read and interpret blueprints.• Install electrical systems per industry code and regulations.• Conduct regular electrical system inspections to ensure they follow safety regulations and standards.• Ensure timely completion of construction projects by coordinating with other trades and contractors on site.• Train and mentor apprentices and other electricians.• Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed.• Promote company culture to create a positive work environment while adhering to company values.• Promote a "safety first" workspaceCompensation
• Prevailing Wage-Davis Bacon or ONLR ( whichever is higher).
• Wage rate based on classification
.• Fringe benefits provided per applicable wage determination
Work Schedule
• Project-based schedule
.• Day shift unless otherwise approved
• Overtime is limited and not guaranteed
Qualifications
• Ability to pass employment eligibility verification(i(/ E-Verify)
• Ability to work on a jobsite governed by the Navajo Nation regulations
• To work on site all employees MUST obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
