- Seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for clinical, allied health, and other assigned roles.
- This position partners closely with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates efficiently.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers on strategy, updates, and candidate selection.
- Source active & passive candidates using various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews.
- Coordinate job postings, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and status updates in ATS.
- Prepare and negotiate job offers.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
