Rotation: Every other weekend required
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. This full-time day shift position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Summary
The RN is responsible for delivering professional nursing care to residents on our skilled nursing unit. This includes assessment, care planning, medication administration, coordination with interdisciplinary team members, and ensuring residents receive safe and effective care.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment

Requirements:
- Current Maine RN license in good standing

- Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required.
- Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
