We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join the Quality Department of a leading company in the aircraft industry. This organization specializes in advanced composite materials known for their exceptional strength and lightweight properties. These innovative materials are used to replace traditional metals, significantly improving fuel efficiency, durability, and overall aircraft performance. They are incorporated into major components such as fuselages and wings, as well as secondary structures including interior panels and engine parts.
Job Summary:
The Quality Inspector is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing corrective actions to ensure that all final products meet established quality standards. This role plays a vital part in maintaining safety, performance, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Identifying issues and collaborating with leadership to propose effective solutions.
- Documenting all quality assurance activities and preparing detailed audit reports.
- Recommending improvements to processes and procedures.
- Creating training materials and operating manuals to support quality initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Inspector, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of quality assurance tools, methods, and concepts.
- Solid understanding of relevant regulatory and industry standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent data collection, analysis, and documentation abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Relevant training and/or certifications in Quality Assurance.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
