MIG Welder - St. Charles County, MO

Our St. Charles County client is looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join their production team. You'll work in a structured manufacturing environment where quality craftsmanship and attention to detail drive the work each day.

What You'll Be Doing
- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work orders
- Inspect completed welds for quality and conformance to specifications
- Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and required PPE guidelines
To Be Considered
- Prior MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols preferred
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment weld test
- Reliable attendance and dependability are a must
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
