Here at Creative Liquid Coatings we do far more than just liquid coatings. Over the past 30 years the business has expanded to offer advanced plastic injection molding capability with 40 machines ranging in size from 100 ton to 3600 ton at our HQ facilities. In addition to plastics molding we offer world class automated paint finishing capability. Our versatile paint lines can handle parts that are very small and all the way up to 10 feet long. We process an array of performance materials from commodity grades to custom blends and engineered thermoplastic resins.

Job Description

Ensure that finished products meet company and customer quality standards before packaging and shipment. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity, reducing defects, and ensuring compliance with specifications and safety requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Inspect finished goods at the end of the production line for defects, damage, or deviations from specifications.

· Perform visual, dimensional, and functional checks using inspection tools and equipment.

· Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality documentation.

· Identify non-conformities, segregate defective products, and escalate issues to team leaders, quality techs and escalate as needed.

· Collaborate with production teams to communicate quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.

· Ensure compliance with company quality standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.

· Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.

· Maintain a clean and organized inspection area following 5S and safety guidelines.

Skill and Education Requirements

· Previous experience in quality control/inspection within manufacturing or production environment.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to read work instructions.

· Proficient in using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers)

· Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation.

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
