Job DescriptionVP of Finance
Nassau County, NY
Our client is an international organization looking for a talented and accomplished Finance Leader to join their team. You will work closely with the CFO as well as other C-level executives on critical finance and business initiatives across the US and international sites. You will be tasked with playing a lead role in an ERP implementation and evaluating financial processes, procedures, working with system vendors, etc. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, stable company that will give you excellent top level exposure within an international corporation. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in the office, sometimes more depending on the needs of the business. Salary range for this role is from $250k to $290K plus bonus (there is no equity incentive).
Responsibilities of the VP of Finance include:

Report to the CFO and Executive Board working on companywide process improvement initiatives, most notable an ERP implementation

Oversee a multiple teams across multiple projects

Develop financial tools through the use of existing technology and recommend new options
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters or MBA preferable

12 or more years of finance experience, prior Director or VP level background is required

Experience in a leading role of an ERP implementation is required

Strong communication and presentation skills, preferably experience presenting to the C-Suite
Pay Details: $250,000.00 to $290,000.00 per year
