Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, covering safety, operational procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and schedule all training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and operational feedback.
• Source and manage external training providers and resources as required.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Track and report on training completion rates, effectiveness, and return on investment.
• Ensure all training activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
• Facilitate hands-on training sessions and on-the-job coaching for new hires and existing employees.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and design effective learning solutions.
• Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training.
• - Certification in adult learning methodologies (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
• - Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and reporting.
• - Familiarity with HAZOP studies and safety training integration.
• - Experience developing and delivering train-the-trainer programs.
