Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect with a degree in Landscape Architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the development of outdoor spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and a passion for sustainable and innovative landscape design.Key Responsibilities:

Design and plan outdoor spaces such as parks, residential developments, campuses, urban plazas, commercial sites, and streetscapes.

Create conceptual and detailed design drawings, renderings, and site plans.

Conduct site analysis, including environmental and cultural assessments.

Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, planners, and other professionals on project development.

Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Select appropriate materials, plant species, and hardscape elements based on climate, maintenance, and aesthetics.

Ensure designs comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental requirements.

Participate in project budgeting, cost estimation, and construction documentation.

Conduct site visits during and after construction to ensure adherence to design intent.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.

5+ years of experience in landscape design and planning

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS.

Strong understanding of horticulture, grading, drainage, and site construction practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Knowledge of sustainable and low-impact design practices.
Preferred:

Licensure or working toward becoming a licensed Landscape Architect (depending on state requirements).

LEED accreditation or knowledge of green building practices.
