Position: Family Service Coordinator
Location: This position will serve Olathe, Lawrence, Topeka and Hiawatha areas, with the option to office out of those locations.
Full-Time. Days in office vary.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing: ✨
- ???? Travel to meet with foster families and offer support.
- ???? Be a crisis responder and offer on-call support when families need it the most.
- ????️???? Help train and recruit awesome new foster families.
- ???? Lead meetings, attend court hearings, and work directly with families and kids to keep them safe and supported.
- ????️????️????️???? Provide direct services and connect families to local resources for extra support.
- ???? Stay organized and get stuff done! (Yep, paperwork is part of the job).
???? What You Bring to the Table: ????
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field that is licensable by the Kansas BSRB.
- 2+ years working with kids and families required (bonus points if you have experience in foster care).
- Licensed by the Kansas BSRB (or you’ve applied to get licensed).
- A driver’s license and auto insurance (You’ll need a car for this role!)
- A compassionate heart and a passion for helping others.
