Trinity Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Petersburg, IL area. You’ll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide PTA services under established plans of care
• Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
• Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
• Complete documentation efficiently and accurately

What We’re Looking For:

• IL Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Pending licensure
• New graduates encouraged to apply
