Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage all aspects of the SICS implementation project life cycle, ensuring delivery is on scope, on schedule, and within budget.
- SICS Expertise: Apply specialized knowledge and proven experience in implementing, configuring, and deploying the SICS reinsurance platform (or similar core reinsurance systems).
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to gather requirements, manage timelines, and resolve technical and business impediments.
- Risk Management: Develop detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies throughout the implementation process.
- Communication: Provide regular, clear, and comprehensive status updates to IT leadership and business sponsors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager leading complex software implementation projects.
- Mandatory: Direct, hands-on experience with the SICS reinsurance platform is required.
- Strong understanding of Reinsurance business processes and terminology.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
