We are looking for a new ideal team player to join the Sale department as a Business Intelligence Analyst! As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will engage in diverse projects ranging from AI agent training to data engineering, modeling, and developing Power BI reports. This position will play a critical role in enhancing data visibility, supporting business analysis, and exploring/building practical AI applications.
- Support data engineering tasks including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for new and existing datasets.
- Create and enhance business intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Collaborate closely with various business teams to identify and address reporting needs.
- Document and gather business knowledge to develop knowledge sets for AI agents.
- Contribute to assessing the feasibility and value of direct data querying through AI technologies.
- Assist with AI agent training and refining.
- Regularly communicate progress and collaborate directly with end users and stakeholders.
Requirements:
You will be currently enrolled or recently completed a degree program in computer science, data science, information systems, business analytics, or related field. You will need a basic understanding of data analytics and visualization tools, particularly Power BI. Experience with power automate or similar tools preferred. A strong interest in AI applications and data-driven decision-making required.
- Proficiency or familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Fundamental understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and business processes.
Schedule
This role has a hybrid work schedule; Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
A Typical Day
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your typical day may involve reviewing and refining data sets, developing insightful Power BI reports, collaborating with business units to understand their reporting requirements, and assisting in training AI agents to improve data-driven decision-making processes. You'll regularly engage in team meetings, status updates, and learning sessions focused on practical applications of AI and data analytics.
