If so, we’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Specialist to assist a client and help amplify their updated brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
- Develop original, visually striking social media content using AI tools and design templates.
- Curate and repurpose existing content to align with updated brand guidelines and messaging.
- Craft engaging posts showcasing student work, team expertise, and company culture across platforms.
- Manage a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Brand Storytelling
- Contribute to the launch of our revamped brand positioning.
- Write copy that captivates prospective audiences and highlights storytelling opportunities.
- Showcase real-world experiences through internships, programs, and ambassador initiatives.
Platform Management
- Schedule and publish content using scheduling tools like Publer.io (training provided).
- Monitor audience engagement and professionally respond to comments.
- Track post performance and suggest optimizations for enhanced outreach.
Event Coverage
- Attend select events starting mid-September to capture live content.
- Create real-time social posts highlighting events, exhibitions, and talent.
- Collaborate with ambassadors and photographers to develop standout content.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience managing social media professionally.
- Strong design sensibility with an understanding of visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
- Proficiency with Canva for creating graphics and social media assets.
- Excellent English language skills, including engaging copywriting with AI tool assistance.
- Knowledge of major platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and their respective audience preferences.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance evaluation.
