• Find Prospects
• Quote Prospects and customers
• Write prospects and customer new business
• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
