Job Summary
We are looking for professional, motivated Laundry Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.
You will:
Pick up and deliver laundry & dry cleaning across the NYC area.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
Represent Royal Fresh with pride.
Responsibilities

Load and unload delivery items efficiently and safely.

Navigate assigned routes while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.

Operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, ensuring they are maintained in good condition.

Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries.

Handle paperwork related to deliveries, including invoices and delivery confirmations.

Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.

Report any issues or delays to the management promptly.
Qualifications
-
Your own vehicle (Car, SUV, or Van)

Insurance and registration
-
Ability to operate as an Independent Contractor

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a courier role is preferred.

Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems is essential.

Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Capability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) as required.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.

Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
