Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective students with the application and enrollment process.
- Provide information about academic programs, financial aid, and admission requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to admissions.
- Communicate effectively with students or parents via phone and email.
- Perform additional job-related duties
- Some travel is expected
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, student support services, or college admissions is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, positive, and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers; ability to learn and adapt to various software programs (CRM, etc)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Business, Communications, or related area) is preferred but not required.
