Silica Services LLC is Hiring a Plant SupervisorPlant Supervisor Compensation & Benefits:
- Earn $80,000 - $95,000 per year (based on experience)

Shift Supervisor Position Overview:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of production workers
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime
Plant Supervisor Requirements
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing or processing environment
- At least 5 years of mining experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience welcomed
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and plant operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
