Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active California SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC or strong CFY candidates considered)
  • Experience with preschool-aged children, delivering assessments and individualized therapy
  • Confidence in conducting both direct and consultative services for diverse student populations
  • Ability to manage caseloads for both public preschool and students attending private or nonpublic schools
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills, working closely with teachers and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for preschool, private, and nonpublic school students
  • Develop and implement targeted therapy plans addressing a variety of communication needs
  • Provide both individual and small group intervention as outlined in IEPs or service agreements
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and caregivers to support each child’s goals
  • Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
