Business Analyst | QA Engineer

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Analyst / QA Engineer to support personnel certification and credential maintenance initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system quality, data integrity, and operational excellence through testing, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, including UAT and regression testing, to ensure product quality prior to release
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries related to certification processes and systems
  • Track, manage, and follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution
  • Perform data validation and quality checks across systems
  • Participate in software vendor meetings and support system-related discussions
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation and training materials
  • Create user-facing documentation and training resources
  • Update, implement, and maintain operational procedures
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities; self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate across teams and update stakeholders
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document sharing platforms; familiarity with system integrations and data migration
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, plus 5+ years of experience in test planning, UAT, regression testing, and/or administrative support roles
