Job DescriptionDescription:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the communication of information about Maui Brewing Co and all related properties & locations across multiple digital platforms. This person will ideate and manage projects and initiatives relevant to the marketing team, working closely with relevant departments and outside media while maintaining brand tone and adhering to company culture and core values. This person will work closely with the Brand Director to determine strategies to engage and grow the brand's audience while supporting individual goals for all outward-facing company facets and locations. Candidates must share Maui Brewing’s commitment to its four operating pillars: Quality of Products, Quality of Life, Quality of Business Practices, and Quality of Manufacturing Operations.


THE EVERYDAY VIEW

  • Coordinate and manage digital initiatives for the Marketing team, including writing and posting of content across all social/digital channels.
  • Manage the development and execution of social media calendars by working cross-functionally with multiple departments of the organization to ensure key updates and upcoming events are incorporated
  • Generate creative copy for new product labels and descriptions, as well as new product descriptions when needed
  • Oversee all company responses on digital channels, ensuring prompt response, even tone, and informational accuracy
  • Ability to generate high-quality video and photography content
  • Identify ever-changing social media trends and ability to generate creative content concepts accordingly
  • Represent the brands at events, including nights and weekends as needed, assisting with set up and break down, and interacting with customers
  • Assist with POS shipping and online store fulfillment as needed
  • Conduct monthly inventory and maintain accurate counts within POS platform
  • Implement and oversee social media & digital analytics reporting, using results to identify trends and key insights to help improve digital strategy
  • Be?a team player interacting with all levels within the?organization?
  • Adhere?to and enforce all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations?

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application

• Able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment reference, and background check?

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required

• Strong videography and DSLR photography skills

• Strong writing and communications skills

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing messaging across social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and more)

• Experience with content and social media management systems

• Experience with proofing and editing

• Attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills and a love for meeting and interacting with people

• Thorough attention to detail and desire to take initiative

• Must adhere to the company’s policies and procedures

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Nights, evenings, and weekends required as needed for events and social responses?

• Requirement of 4-5 days in-office weekly

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for prolonged periods

· Able to work and thrive in a high-stress environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.

· Able to read and follow written instructions.

· Able to work in an office environment and at a desk for extended periods.

• Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise and occasionally slippery floors

• Able to comply with and enforce all health, safety, and personal hygiene policies and standards
