Compensation and Mileage

Flatbed: Receive a percentage of the linehaul for outbound shipments, plus $0.54 – $0.64 per mile for return trips.

Weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,900 (annual salary between $70,000 and $100,000).

Average weekly miles can reach up to 3,000+.

Additional compensation for tarping.

Paid for pickups, drop-offs, detention, and layovers.

Eligibility for an extra 5.5 CPM for adhering to safety protocols.

Home Time and Routes

Home weekly for two consecutive nights (if desired).

Van Reefer: No-touch freight.

Driver Qualifications

Must possess a valid CDL Class A license.

At least six months of experience required (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed). No Flatbed experience? Training is available.

Consistent work history (no more than two employers per year).

Driving record must meet the following criteria:

No more than four minor violations in the past three years.
-
No more than one preventable accident in the past three years.

No DUI or SAP convictions within the last three years.
