Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Project Manager with a strong background in roofing and exterior construction. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the field, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in running efficient, high-quality jobs from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing crews, coordinating materials, maintaining schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction — all while maintaining a physical presence on job sites daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of roofing, siding, gutter, stucco, stone and other exterior projects
Be on-site regularly to supervise crews, resolve issues, and ensure quality workmanship
Coordinate material deliveries and job site logistics to keep projects on schedule
Communicate with customers before, during, and after projects to ensure satisfaction
Perform pre-job walkthroughs and final inspections
Maintain accurate job records, notes, and photos
Ensure all safety protocols and company standards are being followed
Identify and resolve any issues or delays in real-time

Qualifications:

NO experience is required, experience in roofing and/or exterior construction is a huge plus
Deep knowledge of roofing systems, siding, and exterior construction practices
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead crews effectively and professionally
Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs in varying conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (truck or work vehicle preferred)
