Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative to provide professional and attentive support to both customers and internal teams. In this role, you will resolve customer inquiries, process order return requests, provide product information, and help maintain a positive customer experience. You will also collaborate closely with departments including Product Management, Logistics, IT, and Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive and helpful customer service experience across phone, chat, and email
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries
- Process customer order/return-related requests in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain and support a positive brand image to the public
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting customer experience
- Communicate customer feedback to internal teams to assist in improving products and services
- Support special projects and team-related tasks as needed
- Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing) — Required
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different types of customer personalities and situations
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to use available resources effectively
- Organized, able to multitask, and manage time in a fast-paced customer environment
- 1+ year of customer service or customer support experience (call center experience is a plus, not required)
- Positive attitude and desire to help others
