 About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Young Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team at Precious Angels Christian Academy in Clinton Township, MI. As a lead teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and educating young toddlers in a loving and supportive Christian environment. Responsibilities:

<li>Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans</li>
<li>Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young toddlers</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with parents and guardians</li>
<li>Observe and track children's development and progress</li>
<li>Collaborate with other teachers and staff</li>
</ul>
Requirements:

<li>Previous experience working with young toddlers</li>
<li>Early childhood education credentials or equivalent</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Passion for working in a Christian-based educational setting</li>
<li>Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor</li>
