Position Title: Registered Dietitian
Location: Bronx, NY 10451
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Duration: 14 Weeks
Pay Rate: $48 – $53 per hour (Based on Experience)
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Dietitian for an exciting job in Bronx, NY.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct timely nutrition screenings and assessments based on level of care

Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans

Monitor for food/drug interactions and document appropriately

Provide nutrition education and document patient understanding

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on diet modifications

Obtain dietary histories from patients and/or families
-
Interpret laboratory, physical, and social data related to nutrition
-
Modify patient menus as clinically indicated
-
Maintain accurate and compliant medical record documentation
Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Dietitian

Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Foods, and Nutrition, or related field

Active registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
(Primary Source Verification required for acute care settings)
Preferred Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience
-
Master’s degree in a related field
-
AHA BLS certification
