Job Title: Outreach Specialist
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Salary: $37,000 - $40,000 per year (DOE) plus potential for performance-based bonuses

About the Role
As an Outreach Specialist you’ll act as the first point of contact for property owners—or their heirs—who may be open to selling their real estate. You’ll be provided with detailed property research and verified contact information. This is not a high-pressure sales role. Instead, it’s ideal for individuals who genuinely enjoy connecting with people, listening to their needs, and helping them explore a valuable opportunity.
Responsibilities

Contact property owners or their heirs using the file provided

Initiate friendly, empathetic conversations and build rapport with families

Clearly explain the opportunity and how our process works

Identify potential interest and secure a verbal agreement to proceed

Coordinate with other team members to get the file to a close — no paperwork or closing tasks involved

Accurately document call outcomes and relevant notes
Qualifications

Strong communication and active listening skills – a natural conversationalist who is personable, respectful, and empathetic

Ability to stay calm and positive when speaking with people in sensitive circumstances

Self-motivated with strong time management and follow-through as well as an extremely high level of attention to detail

At least 3 years of experience in customer service, intake, outreach, fundraising, or call centers is a plus. Prior real estate experience is not required.
