At Monte Nido RainRock and the Eating Disorder Center of Eugene, we are dedicated to saving lives and empowering individuals to embrace their healthiest selves. Our premier residential and day treatment programs support adults recovering from eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. We blend evidence-based care with compassion, connection, and the restoration of physical, emotional, and nutritional balance.
We are excited to invite a full-time Group Facilitator to join our multidisciplinary treatment teams at either our Springfield or Eugene location. This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in the healing process, helping clients build skills, insight, and community in a safe and supportive environment. This position requires availability three days a week, with Wednesday being a mandatory workday.

Responsibilities Include
- Facilitating engaging group sessions.
- Encouraging interaction among group members.
- Maintaining awareness of individual client needs.
- Helping clients identify and express their feelings.
- Documenting group sessions, including patient progress and concerns.
- Adhering to program formats and requirements.
- Ensuring timely completion of all documentation related to patient services.
- Building positive relationships with staff, interns, and management.
- Participating in mandatory training and collaborative in-service sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related human services field.
- QMHP certification required.
- Preferred: Licensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.).
- Prior experience treating individuals with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
