Senior Helpers – Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking dedicated In Home Caregivers to join our compassionate and professional team. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors while working in a supportive, inclusive environment. Our goal is to build a diverse caregiver workforce so we can meet the wide range of client preferences and comfort needs we see in home care. This includes having caregivers of different genders, backgrounds, and life experiences. We welcome applicants of all genders, and we are expanding outreach to ensure we can better match caregivers with client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with activities of daily living, including eating, walking, dressing, and grooming
• Collaborate effectively with care teams to observe, document, and communicate any changes in client health status
• Engage clients in hobbies and recreational activities tailored to their interests

Requirements

• · Experience with in-home care preferred but we will consider training the right person.
• · At least 18 years old and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• · Strong communication skills.
• · Demonstrate a compassionate and dependable work ethic, with a proven ability to provide high-quality non-medical companion care rooted in empathy, dignity, and respect for every individual.
• · Valid Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• · Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• · High School Graduate or equivalent.
• · Successful completion of background check and pre-employment screenings.
